On rare occasions, we’ve encountered an error when trying to access the “Software Upgrade” area within the Wave Global Administrator.  The error message produced will read, “The communication object, System.ServiceModel.Channels.ServiceChannel, cannot be used for communication because it is in the Faulted state” as seen in the screenshot below:

There are multiple causes for this to occur, some of which require elevated privileges to resolve.  While the majority of our Vertical Wave support tutorials provide complete and specific instructions for resolving issues, we would prefer that you reach out to us for instructions on how to resolve this particular issue.  Please contact us and we’d be glad to help resolve this.  Thank you!
