Products advertised for “Same Day Shipping” will typically ship from San Diego, CA or Phoenix, AZ.

Products not advertised for “Same Day Shipping” ship as follows:

• Vertical Wave Systems, Components, & Phones:  Typically ship from San Diego, CA or Phoenix, AZ (1-2 day lead time to ship most products)
• Sangoma / Dialogic Boards & Gateways:  Typically ship from Huntsville, AL (2-3 day lead time to ship most products)

Note: For orders placed with a Credit Card, we only pre-authorize your credit card when your order is placed. Your credit card is not charged until your order ships.

Most products ship via FedEx or UPS.  Note that small shipments (such as power adapters, wall mounts, cables, etc) ordered via “Ground / Economy” shipping may ship via USPS for faster delivery at no additional charge to the customer.  Tracking numbers are provided upon shipment.

If you would like to arrange for an alternative shipping method (such as shipping on your own carrier account number), please Contact Us and we will be glad to make alternative shipping arrangements.

All products are shipped double-boxed and well packed.

Blind drop-shipments will include a generic sender name (Warehouse, Shipping Department, Distribution Center, etc) and no packing list unless requested.  We are glad to accommodate any special requests for shipment labels, such as including your own company name, address, etc if requested.  Please Contact Us to arrange special shipment requests.
