The Wave Contact Center Agent license allows you to add one unique user (agent) into a Contact Center Queue. Note that this is based on the number of unique agents across all queues. For example, if you have the same 4 people in both your Sales queue and your Support queue, you would only require 4 Contact Center Agent licenses (not 8).
