Vertical Wave Contact Center Agent Licenses for all versions of Vertical Wave

A Vertical Wave Contact Center Agent License is required to place a user into a Contact Center Queue.  Note that each unique user put into a queue will consume one Contact Center Agent License.  For example, if you have a Sales queue and a Support queue, and have the same 5 agents in both queues, you will require 5 Contact Center Agent Licenses (not 10).
