How long does it take to obtain Dialogic PowerMedia HMP Licenses?

We are typically able to deliver Dialogic PowerMedia HMP Licenses within 1-2 business days, however this may vary if we require additional information regarding your order.

When ordering HMP, we need to know if your HMP license order is for a new installation or if it is an addition to an existing installation.  We always clarify this with customers prior to processing an HMP license order.  If your order is for an addition to an existing installation, we will require your original six digit License ID (provided with your original License Delivery Link).

Once your order has been processed, you will be sent a License Delivery Link via e-mail with a unique link provided to download your HMP license.
