Vertical Wave User Licenses for all versions of Vertical Wave

A Vertical Wave User License is required to add a user into the system.  Any user who is associated with a physical device (internal phone or external phone) requires a user license.  Note that “dummy” users such as voicemail-only boxes and ACD workgroup queue utility users do not require a user license.  User licenses are sold in 5 packs and 10 packs.
